CVE Program General Requests

This form can be used to contact the CVE Program for a variety of requests. It is supported by the CVE Program Secretariat, as well as the MITRE Top Level Root (TL-Root) and CNA-LR. Depending on the nature and context of the request, it may be routed to different entities within the CVE Program. More information about the CVE Program structure is available here.

Please follow the process below to file your request:

  1. Choose "Login with Google" in the lower left (note: only our Production environment is open to users).

    Enter login information in the accounts.google.com popup window (i.e., not in the main window labeled "Portal").

  2. Complete the required categorization (Question, Issue, Comment, or Other) and provide the details.

    Please include all pertinent information that could assist in handling your request.

  3. Press Submit Request.

    You will receive a request ID number that can be used to update your responses at a later time.

  4. If you are proposing a connection on behalf of an organization that has a domain name, please also complete the Domain Verification form.

    This allows us to confirm that you are contacting us on behalf of your organization.

  5. Once you've completed this form, we will notify you by email when we place a response here.

    This may take a few days in some cases. In the meantime, you may track the status of your request and make any updates to it here after loading your ticket. To do this, add your ticket number to the entry box and press the blue button labeled "Load Ticket".
